About Churchcroft Veterinary Centre

Churchcroft is a modern, high quality small animal practice with plenty of free parking available. We are a close team of vets and nurses and pride ourselves on excellent client and pet care.

We care for our patients as though they were our own pets and as pet owners ourselves understand the concerns that owners have.

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have, no matter how minor. Please feel free to call or drop in any time we are open to discuss any issues or just to pop your pooch on our scales.

We believe in preventative medicine and will advise you on vaccination, diet, training and exercise. We will always check your pet for potential problems and let you know what you can do to avoid them.

We continuously invest in training and equipment to make sure we can offer you the most up to date treatments to keep your pet in the best possible health.

Our dedicated team are on hand to see to you and your pet during an emergency – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. See our 24-hour emergency vets page for more information.

Hospitalisation Available, Visits To In-Patients Encouraged

Unfortunately, treating poorly pets sometimes requires hospitalisation. We have large, comfortable kennels and will ensure your pet is as happy as possible.

We are absolutely dedicated to avoiding suffering and will use a range of techniques including continuous infusions of pain killers to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible. We actively encourage visits from owners for in-patients, as we believe this can be an important part of your pet’s recovery and welfare.

Accessibility

Churchcroft is accessible by wheelchair; we have step-free access to the waiting and consulting rooms. We are also happy to communicate by email to support our clients with communication difficulties.

Clients with hearing or speech problems are welcome to bring a friend or relative to help explain anything, or to be an extra pair of ears.
