We were lucky to have Churchcroft recommended to us over 5 years ago when Daisy joined us as a puppy. When we rescued Lacey we never expected to spend so much time with you. Lacey could not have had better care than that which she received from everyone associated with Churchcroft. Although the outcome was not what we wanted the extra time that she had with us was down to the expert vetinary care she received. We can never thank you enough for the care and compassion shown to her, Daisy and us h...

I just wanted to thank you and your team for everything. You’ve been amazing and have given the best care and support that both Pippa and I could have hoped for.
Pippa hated the vets in Essex but not once did she shake coming to visit you.
In fact you got tail wags!!
I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for her.
You’re a Vet in a million!!
Just a card to say thank you for the way you looked after and cared for our much loved cat Jasmine.
It was very hard to see her go but we know we could not have had better help and support.

Fudge is one of my 2 cats, she is old at 17 years and for most of her life she has been a well cat. But when she developed a problem with her eyes, in late 2013, I took her to Churchcroft Vets and we were introduced to George and his friendly staff for the first time.
Fudge’s eye problems turned out to be ulcers (very common in her breed) and though George warned me that she may have to have them removed, he proceeded to treat them. With regular visits and excellent care by George and his team Fudge’s eyes improved and she didn’t have to have them removed.
Since then, old age has not been too kind to Fudge and she suffers from a heart murmur and renal problems, but with regular visits and treatments from George, Fudge is still enjoying her old age. I can not thank George and his team enough, for looking after my Fudge with so much care and love. Without them I am sure Fudge would not be with me today.

If you are looking for the best vet practice ever, look no further than Churchcroft. The practice is very well-run, easy to access with plenty of parking and excellent appointment availability. The vets are caring, extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatments. The assistants are supportive and full of good practical advice.
Everyone at Churchcroft is passionate about providing the best veterinary care possible and it is clear they all love animals. Staff goes out of their way to get to know you and your pet and you'll never be 'just a number'. There's always someone on the other end of the phone, even out of hours, as Churchcroft provide their own out of hours cover for emergencies.
I am really impressed with the service we have been getting over the past years. Some of our pets are 'regular customers' and the team are always happy to see them for problems, but also for check-ups, to update their boosters or for advice. When some of our pets have had multiple complex health problems they have received expert care that is second to none, both during normal opening hours and as emergencies out of hours. George, Jon, Lisa, Julia and Anne pull out all the stops and work incredibly hard for the well-being of their patients.
We have 5 dogs, 3 border collies, a collie cross jack russell and a little podenco rescued from Spain.
It goes without saying how important our vet is to our family. We have tried many different vets looking for the best care and service over the years which has resulted in disappointment. My boss recommended Churchcroft to me and we have been very happy ever since.
"Our Vet is more important to us than our own Doctor!"
"We have one regret.... we didn't start coming to Churchcroft years ago".
We are happy to leave Lottie, Luna, Teddy, Penny and Sweep in the care of Churchcroft for the operations and treatment they have needed as we are confident that the very best of care is taken with them. George is an impressive surgeon and medical vet and all of the staff are there for both
you and your pet.
I can recommend Churchcroft veterinary centre 100%, I am more relaxed and a happier person now that I know I have Churchcroft's small dedicated team, always just a phone call away.

Bruce has been very well looked after from day 1. We only had him for a couple of days when he became unwell. George took very good care of him and he recovered quickly after a major operation. Strangely Bruce still loves 'Uncle' George and 'Auntie' Julia and wags his tail whenever he visits the vets. "Happy to recommend Churchcroft to anyone.
