What is PetsApp?
PetsApp is an excellent messaging system a bit like WhatsApp for easy messaging between yourself and your team here at Churchcroft. You can message us anytime and we will pick up the message during our working hours.
- Message us on PetsApp telling us what you need. Please allow 2 working days.
- Order confirmation and payment via PetsApp
- Message on PetsApp for collection or notify of postage
If you don’t have a smart phone you can order your repeat prescriptions either by emailing churchcroft@gmail.com (please make sure you let us know your pets name, the surname registered with us and the address) or you can call us during working hours on 0115 922 4855. For email- please allow at least 3 working days. Phone call- please allow at least 2 working days for your order to be ready for collection.
